Meet The Founder

Hi, I'm Dianne

DAF Wellness Collective was created as a space where movement, mindfulness, and community come together to support holistic well-being. Through dance, adaptive fitness, and intuitive wellness practices, I help individuals reconnect with their bodies and move with intention.

Movement has been a lifelong part of my journey. I am a former member of D’Joule African Dance and Drum Company, Forces of Nature Dance Theatre, and Harambee Dance Company, and I currently serve as a teaching artist at the Cumbe Center for African and Diaspora Dance.
These experiences continue to shape how I approach wellness — honoring movement as both cultural expression and personal transformation.

Through accessible classes, workshops, and private sessions, participants are invited to explore movement not only as exercise, but as a pathway to balance, clarity, and self-awareness.

My work blends my background in dance, wellness education, and intuitive guidance to support individuals on their journey toward greater empowerment, self-awareness, and physical well-being.
As a motivational wellness guide, I am passionate about helping women embrace self-love, empowerment, and physical wellness, encouraging them to reconnect with their inner strength and stand confidently in the aura of their authentic selves.

Movement is a powerful pathway to well-being. Through dance, adaptive fitness, and mindful practice, participants reconnect with their bodies and cultivate strength, vitality, and joy.
Empowered Practice
Each experience encourages individuals to trust their bodies, listen inwardly, and move with confidence. Wellness becomes something participants actively embody rather than simply pursue.
Accessible Wellness
Wellness should feel welcoming and adaptable. Programs are designed to meet people where they are, across ages, abilities, and experience levels.
Community & Care
DAF Wellness Collective creates spaces where people feel supported, seen, and connected. Through shared movement and intentional practice, individuals experience the power of collective care.
