Meet The Founder

Hi, I'm Dianne

DAF Wellness Collective was created as a space where movement, mindfulness, and community come together to support holistic well-being. Founded by Dianne Adkins-Forte, the collective blends dance, adaptive fitness, and intuitive wellness practices to help individuals reconnect with their bodies and move with intention.

Through accessible classes, workshops, and private sessions, participants are invited to explore movement not only as exercise, but as a pathway to balance, clarity, and self-awareness.
At the heart of DAF Wellness Collective is the belief that movement is medicine. Each experience is designed to support alignment across the body, mind, and spirit through intentional movement, breath, and mindful awareness.

Rather than focusing solely on fitness, the work encourages individuals to listen to their bodies, build confidence, and develop sustainable wellness practices that support everyday life.
DAF Wellness Collective is deeply rooted in community. Programs are offered through partnerships with libraries, cultural institutions, senior centers, wellness spaces, and community organizations, making wellness accessible to people of all ages and abilities.

By creating welcoming spaces for shared movement and reflection, DAF Wellness Collective fosters connection, empowerment, and collective care.
